Guest Book Idea

The tradition of having a sign-in guest book has been updated several times throughout recent years. We have seen anything from signing a large framed picture of the couple to having a signed coffee table book about where they decide to honeymoon. It is nice to come across different takes on this long standing custom. Here is one we found on Etsy that is fun! Guests add their names with their fingerprint to make up the wedding tree.

Beat the Heat

It is starting to feel like Summer has officially arrived and Florida weddings in the summertime can get HOT! Outdoor views do provide beautiful backdrops for wedding ceremonies, however, with temperatures reaching the mid and upper 90's your guests may be distracted by the overwhelming heat instead of focusing on the beautiful venue, decor, and of course the bride. If you must have an outdoor location, think about using umbrellas scattered throughout the ceremony seating to provide extra shade. Also, consider having a drink station readily available for guests to cool down. Your friends and family will really appreciate the thought and consideration.
