Simple Beach Chic

This past weekend, October 25th we had the opportunity to work with a beautiful couple from New York, Betsy and John. They had a very elegant beachside wedding at Carlouel Yacht Club in Clearwater Beach.

The Bride found her wedding decor inspiration from a picture in a magazine which showcased a very different decor element that we aren't use to doing, but it turned out beautiful! The picture consisted of table decor and floral incorporating the use of bowls. She used a standard linen and found very natural and organic looking table runners (from Pottery Barn), that we then placed a collection of bowls down the runner with intermittent frosted hurricanes.

This is a perfect example of an understated elegant wedding that can showcase your personality without going over the top on your decor or your budget.

A fun detail to note - the Bride's father is an avid orchid grower so he brought in several favorite orchids of the Bride and we incorporated them into her bouquet.

Thanks so much to for sending us these beautiful pictures within a matter of days and of course to Shannon Wilson from Table Six Productions for always doing a fabulous job and making our lives easier! :)

Beautiful florals! I can't say enough how much I enjoyed the simplicity.
